Description

We are seeking a seasoned Tendering/Bid/Proposals Specialist to lead our team in crafting winning proposals and tenders for various clients.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in bid management, tender preparation, and client liaisoning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare high-quality tenders for Oil and Gas, Energy, and other sectors.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and government agencies to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Lead the bid process from preparation to submission, ensuring timely delivery and excellence in quality.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all bid-related activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with at least 10 years of experience in bidding and tendering.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
  • Strategic thinking, excellent writing skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
