
Senior Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Service Representative.
As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across diverse international markets.
- Provide top-tier support to customers via email and chat, ensuring timely resolutions to their queries.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to products, services, orders, and payments with precision and efficiency.
- Engage with customers in a positive, empathetic, and professional manner at all times.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Logistics) to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Monitor customer feedback and report recurring concerns to management for process improvement initiatives.
- Achieve individual and team performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction score (CSAT), and resolution time.
- Ensure compliance with international communication protocols, data privacy regulations, and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in an international BPO or shared service environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
