Job Purpose

The Associate Manager Leasing position is responsible for generating leads and concluding key leasing transactions to drive revenue growth.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Sourcing and securing new commercial leasing opportunities across multiple asset classes, including office buildings, industrial spaces, and retail properties.
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with existing clients and partners to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to attract new clients and increase brand awareness.
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure our clients' interests are represented effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial leasing, preferably in Hyderabad.
  • Familiarity with the local market, including knowledge of key players, trends, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
