Role & responsibilities

  • Assist leasing experts and team leaders in identifying opportunities on the supply and demand side in the domain of office leasing including conventional set-ups, co-working spaces as well as managed offices.
  • Participate in negotiations and support leasing experts with various material required for skilfully structuring complex transactions to achieve a win-win for both parties MS Excel proficiency (mid-level) required.
  • Generating new business development opportunities & working on leasing assignments of corporates.
  • Responsible to tap MNC occupiers, Domestic occupiers including start-ups, flexible office /co working clients.
  • Maintain strong relationship with across developer fraternity / Landlords.
