Are you an experienced, target-driven professional in commercial real estate leasing? Join A Advani Properties LLP as a Commercial Office Leasing Manager and lead the leasing efforts for two marquee office developments in Pune. This role is dedicated exclusively to commercial office leasing, with a focus on driving occupancy, enhancing rental income, and building long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.

Key Leasing Management


- Lead the full leasing cyclefrom client interaction and site visits to lease negotiation and deal closure.
- Achieve leasing targets while maximizing rental Engagement & Onboarding

- Identify and engage with potential office space occupiers.

- Provide a smooth leasing experience from inquiry to Generation & Networking

- Daily field visits to build and nurture relationships with channel partners, IPCs, and brokers in West Pune.

- Maintain strong broker/channel partner relationships for sustained deal Lead Handling

- Promptly respond to leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and inquiries.

- Maintain accurate CRM records and Intelligence & Reporting

- Stay updated on Punes commercial office market, trends, and competitor offerings.

- Provide performance reports and insights to senior Were Looking For

- Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred)

- 8+ years of exclusive experience in commercial office leasing

- Deep understanding of Punes commercial leasing market

- Strong negotiation, communication & relationship-building skills
