State Channel Development Manager

Job Summary:
Mahindra Rise is seeking a highly skilled State Channel Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for strengthening our dealer network, improving secondary level network quality, and ensuring channel readiness for new product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to dealer appointment plans, scouting and appointing suitable channel partners for tractors and farm machinery.
- Improve secondary level network quality and throughput by enhancing branch and sales point performance.
- Induct and install new dealers, implement retail identity programs, and ensure channel readiness for new product launches.
- Manage dealer performance, provide capability building support, and deploy new strategies.
- Capture and communicate feedback for improvement in R&R programs.
- Handhold and train dealership manpower through solution selling programs and conduct periodic customized training.
- Monitor system adherence, implement and train on FDW and R&R programs, and undertake innovation projects.
- Conduct state dealer councils and take actions for improvement to enable higher DSI competencies.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in computers, MS Office, and SAP knowledge.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to converse in local language, Hindi, and English.
- Process-oriented and system-generated core skills.
Preferred Industries: Sales, Tractor, and Farm Sector.
Education Qualification: Engineering graduate, preferably with a post-graduation in management.
General Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in handling dealership networks, with experience in handling automobile-related dealers in sales, channel activities, and training.
