Job Title: Business Development Representative
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and other lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and outreach to potential clients to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell our services
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies for lead generation and conversion
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience in cold calling and outbound sales
- Familiarity with using social media for business purposes (posting, responding, and engaging with leads)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Good organizational and time management skills
