Job Title: Business Development Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and other lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and outreach to potential clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell our services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies for lead generation and conversion
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
  • Experience in cold calling and outbound sales
  • Familiarity with using social media for business purposes (posting, responding, and engaging with leads)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Good organizational and time management skills
