Job Role: Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Growth: Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities through networking and outreach.
  • Cross-Selling Strategies: Educate clients about our product offerings to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Dealer Partnership Management: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with assigned dealers to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Deal Execution: Collect and verify pre-approval and post-approval documents, and accurately input data into systems like RSPM and SAGE.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field; Commerce Graduate preferred.
  • Essential Skills: Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Analytical Abilities; Industry Knowledge; Operational Excellence; Customer Centricity.
  • Favorable Attributes: Learning Aptitude; Comfortable working in the market; Good understanding of RTO and UV.
