  • Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, ensuring timely and within-budget results.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs, leveraging expertise in budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.

  • Serve as a key liaison between departments, providing analysis and updates to senior leadership.

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI for tracking program performance and milestones.

  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, visualize data insights, and drive data-informed decisions.

A Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, with software experience.

At least 18 years of overall IT experience, with 10+ years of project management experience in medical devices.

Hands-on experience in architecting complex dashboards using Power BI/other tools.

PMP/equivalent, CSM, SAFe/RTE, or handling ART experience.

Lean/Six Sigma certification and Microsoft Project/ProChain scheduling methodologies expertise.

Med tech product/software/R&D knowledge, clinical/regulatory process awareness (e.g., IEC 60601, ISO 14971).

Strong written/oral communication skills and commercial/operational view-taking ability.
