Program Management Leader

As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives and supporting senior leaders in interfacing with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing business plans and executing strategic initiatives by working with various teams.
  • Identifying key strategic issues facing the organization and providing insights and recommendations.
  • Conceptualizing and designing strategic initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Forecasting and simulating strategic variables to create best-fit plans.
  • Monitoring metrics relevant to strategic planning.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of success include timely delivery of projects, effective stakeholder management, and successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions to achieve deliverables.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Good understanding of data management and interpretation.

The ideal candidate will have a Full-time MBA or CA qualification and minimum 3 years of experience in program management.
