Overview

We are seeking a visionary Senior Director to spearhead our Real World Data team. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and overseeing the development of indication-specific data lakes.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in RWD and clinical experience, with a proven track record of leading globally distributed teams delivering high-quality consulting work. A post-grad degree in clinical or bioinformatics, or a post-grad degree in CS, Math, or equivalent with exposure to core data science algorithm development is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leads a team of analysts in supporting the RFP process, ensuring accurate responses to pre-sales/sales teams.

  2. Provides guidance and oversight for consulting delivery work, including shaping work funnelling to offshore teams and optimizing delivery processes.

  3. Supervises the development, expansion, and maintenance of indication-specific data lakes powered by unstructured notes.

  4. Manages and leads teams effectively, working closely with global leaders to ensure a healthy team environment and assisting with recruitment, training, engagement, and HR-related activities.

Requirements:

  1. Proven leadership and subject matter expertise in RWD and clinical experience.

  2. A post-grad degree in clinical or bioinformatics, or a post-grad degree in CS, Math, or equivalent with exposure to core data science algorithm development.

  3. At least 7-10 years of experience in leading teams in a globally distributed setup delivering consulting work predominantly in Data Science and Data Engineering.

  4. Total of 15-18 years of work experience with 80% or more in bioinformatics, biopharma, and LifeScience related domains.
