Ad Campaign Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee ad campaigns for Health & Wellness and Local Service clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, execute, and refine ad strategies on Facebook & Instagram.
  • Conduct in-depth audience analysis, create lookalike groups, and manage retargeting efforts.
  • Compose compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team on creative assets.
  • Establish A/B tests (ad creatives, headlines, landing pages).
  • Monitor critical metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) and optimize for maximum results.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on Meta Ads trends, policies, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience running successful Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, targeting, and budget optimization techniques.
  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Business Manager & Ads Manager.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on metrics.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or local service niches.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads is a plus.
