From funnel strategy to precise audience targeting and high-converting creatives, we manage everything that drives measurable ROI.???????????????? ????????????????????????????????As an Ad Strategist + Media Buyer, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta & Google.
You'll work closely with the creative and strategy team to deliver impactful results for our travel clients.???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Plan & execute end-to-end paid campaigns (Meta + Google)Build TOF/MOF/BOF funnel strategies aligned with client goalsExecute audience segmentation: interest-based, custom, and lookalikesMonitor KPIs: CPL, CTR, ROAS, CPA, CAC and optimize dailyCollaborate with the design/copy team for ad creatives & anglesManage budgets, A/B tests, and campaign scalingPrepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights & actionsEnsure proper pixel setup, event tracking, GTM, and attribution????????????????????????????????????????????????2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google AdsProven track record of delivering high-ROAS campaignsStrong understanding of funnels, retargeting, and campaign scalingProficiency with Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager (GTM)Familiarity with GA4, UTM tracking, and CRM integrationsSkilled in Google Sheets, reporting dashboards, and data analysisStrong copy/creative sense: hooks, CTAs, ad formatsDetail-oriented, proactive, and performance-driven???????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????Working Days: Monday to SaturdaySaturday: Half DayTimings: Flexible, outcome-driven (as long as deliverables are met)Compensation: ₹30,000/month (fixed)???????????????? ????????????'???????? ????????????Manage high-budget campaigns for travel brands (₹2 L–₹20 L+ spends)Exposure to advanced funnel building & tracking setupsWork directly with founders & 9-figure ad spend strategistsClear KPIs, fast learning, and career growth opportunities
