Program Leadership Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Program Leader to drive the development and growth of a new initiative focusing on supporting gifted children through a parent-led approach.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program's development, from ideation to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to design, scale, and optimize the program for maximum impact and sustainability.
  • Design and launch targeted initiatives and interventions to achieve defined objectives and performance targets, ensuring alignment with the program's overarching vision and goals.
  • Establish clear performance indicators and measurable outcomes to assess the program's effectiveness, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance performance.
  • Oversee the development of a comprehensive curriculum that fosters holistic growth, supporting cognitive development, emotional well-being, and the instillation of core values in children.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and management of a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to implement solutions at scale, leveraging strategic planning, efficient execution, and innovative problem-solving to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Possesses an exceptional drive for results, consistently delivering high-impact projects on time and within scope while optimizing resources and maximizing efficiency.
  • Highly desirable: Prior exposure to the concept of Giftedness, including an understanding of the unique needs, characteristics, and development of gifted individuals.
  • Experience in designing, leading, and driving initiatives that support gifted learners or professionals, fostering an environment that nurtures their potential and maximizes their capabilities.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating deep expertise and a strong track record of success in the field.
