Hotel Cleanliness Manager

We are seeking a diligent Hotel Cleanliness Manager to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness in our guest rooms and public areas.
Responsibilities- Conduct daily meetings with Room Attendants to discuss cleaning schedules and priorities.
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and pantries on a daily basis to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide on-the-job training to Room Attendants to ensure they meet our high cleaning standards.
- Maintain positive relationships with employees and guests alike.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working order and properly maintain it.
- Coordinate with the engineering department to address any maintenance issues.
- Provide special attention to VIP rooms and ensure they meet our highest standards.
- Report any incidents or concerns to the Housekeeper's Security Office immediately.
- Ensure a smooth handover and takeover of shifts to maintain continuity.
- Report any lost and found items to the Housekeeping department.
- Prepare discrepancy reports for the front office.
- Conduct fumigation of rooms and floors as needed.
- Follow up on 'Do Not Disturb' rooms to ensure guest comfort.
- Prepare inventory for room linen and ensure it is properly stocked.
- Notify the Housekeeping department of any damage caused by guests.
- Review and follow up on maintenance reports to ensure all work is completed.
- Ensure all flower arrangements are visually appealing before delivery to guest rooms.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably as a Floor Supervisor in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Able to motivate and lead a team to ensure constant growth and excellence.
- Knowledge of the Opera operating system is an advantage.
- Passionate about the hospitality industry and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a hardworking and supportive team.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Estimated Salary$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
