Solar Power Project Lead

Seeking an experienced professional with expertise in solar energy systems and project management to lead the design and development of our solar power projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the engineering design process from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.


About This Role
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and optimize project efficiency.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine optimal locations and design parameters for ground mount solar installations.
  • Develop detailed engineering plans, specifications, and drawings using CAD software.
  • Perform engineering calculations and simulations to analyze system performance and optimize design parameters.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
  • Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in engineering design, with a focus on solar energy systems.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, PVsyst, and engineering simulation tools.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, with knowledge of photovoltaic technology and solar power generation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
