About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced eDiscovery professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Develop and implement review workflows, including breach reviews and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with project managers to identify areas for improvement and optimize project efficiency.
- Conduct quality assurance on reviewed data, identifying trends and implementing remedial actions as needed.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team leaders and junior staff members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain detailed analytics reports to track productivity and project performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing eDiscovery practices.
Requirements:
- Must be an attorney with at least 4+ years of experience in eDiscovery.
- Previous experience as an APM or similar role, with a strong understanding of legal automation and technical requirements.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
