We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Project Manager with strong expertise in SEO, Digital Marketing, and Workflow Management (WFM). The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. This is a part-time, remote position — applicants must have their own laptop and a reliable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing and SEO projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, marketers, and content writers) to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and manage project workflows (WFM) to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Track project performance and create reports on progress, results, and KPIs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients/stakeholders and provide project updates.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, SEO, and Digital Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of workflow management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar).
  • Proven track record of managing digital campaigns and SEO projects.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must have a personal laptop and high-speed internet connection.
  • Ability to work independently and manage part-time flexible hours.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of web development/WordPress/Shopify (a plus).

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,688.48 per month
