blooms and ideas come to life What Youll Do Project Managementxc2xb7 Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders xc2xb7 Develop detailed project plans and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budgets xc2xb7 Oversee project execution ensuring milestones and deadlines are met xc2xb7 Identify and mitigate risks addressing project roadblocks proactively xc2xb7 Monitor and report on project progress ensuring alignment with business goals xc2xb7 Manage project resources including teams vendors and third-party consultants xc2xb7 Leads and motivates other members of the project team to contribute to overall team success and develops strong working relationships with key stakeholders of project xc2xb7 Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations xc2xb7 Work closely with Customer Experience team to drive customer success Consulting Stakeholder Engagementxc2xb7 Work closely with customers and senior stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements and feed back into the delivery plan xc2xb7 Deliver training to customers as per need so that maximum adoption of solution can be achievedxc2xb7 Learn new technologies and conduct Knowledge Sharing Sessionsxc2xb7 Provide expert advice on best practices process improvements and strategic planning xc2xb7 Conduct client and stakeholder meetings presentations and progress updates xc2xb7 Facilitate workshops training sessions and change management initiatives Process Improvement Reportingxc2xb7 Analyse project performance and implement improvements for future projects xc2xb7 Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation reports and dashboards xc2xb7 Ensure continuous improvement through lessons learned and post-project reviews What were looking for Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Engineering IT or related field xc2xb7 Project Management certification PMP PRINCE2 Agile Scrum is preferred xc2xb7 Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and or consulting within a software vendor xc2xb7 Proven track record of successfully managing software implementation xc2xb7 Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders xc2xb7 Strong leadership decision-making and problem-solving abilities xc2xb7 Deep understanding of overall systems development life cycle including various methodologies agile waterfall iterative xc2xb7 Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills xc2xb7 Proficiency in project management tools e g MS Project Jira Trello Asana xc2xb7 Exposure to TFS and MS Build or equivalent systemsxc2xb7 Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple projects simultaneously xc2xb7 Strong analytical organizational and time-management skills xc2xb7 Experience in Agile Scrum Lean methodologies xc2xb7 Consulting experience with a strong client-focused approach xc2xb7 Knowledge of data analysis AI
