Lead Project Manager Position

As a seasoned Senior Project Manager, you will oversee project development, planning, and execution, ensuring seamless delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Project Development: Developing and executing comprehensive project plans, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Resource Management: Forecasting resource demand, identifying gaps, and developing effective resource plans.
- Financial Governance: Tracking project budgets, performing financial analysis, and providing timely financial reports.
- Governance Frameworks: Establishing and maintaining governance structures for delivery, including roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
- Risk Mitigation: Identifying and resolving issues that could delay projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaising with senior management, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Team Leadership: Recruiting and managing PMO resources, coaching, and developing project managers to drive success.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with substantial expertise in project management and process consultancy.
- Agile Expertise: Proven track record of managing IT projects using Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
