Job Summary
  • As a seasoned Pipeline Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading the end-to-end management of projects across our operational pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless project progression from initiation to completion, maintaining meticulous visibility on timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.
  • Monitor project stages, guaranteeing timely handoffs between departments (sales, design, permitting, scheduling, installation, etc.).
  • Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, or delays and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal pipeline performance.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline reports for leadership visibility and informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, balance resource allocation, and drive overall operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement standard processes to enhance pipeline consistency and streamline project delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for pipeline status updates and escalation, ensuring swift resolution of issues.
  • Guarantee that all projects adhere to established standards, compliance requirements, and operational guidelines.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or pipeline management, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with pipeline or project management tools (e.g., Ascent OS, Salesforce, ClickUp, Asana, MS Project).
  • PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification is highly desirable but not required.
