As a Social Media Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading social media strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering strong relationships and alignment with their goals.
  • Develop and oversee digital and social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of social media professionals, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Cultivate deep understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) and best practices for each.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or client servicing.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Able to analyze data and derive insights to optimize social media campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is a plus.
