Tukxi India Ltd is a fast-growing mobility platform from Kerala, building sustainable and user-friendly solutions in the urban transportation space. We are strengthening our digital presence and are looking for enthusiastic talent to manage and grow our brand across social media platforms.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Social Media Manager who is passionate about digital communication, storytelling, and social media trends. You will work with our marketing team to create engaging campaigns, manage content calendars, and build Tukxi's online community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and schedule content across social media platforms.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and new features on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, , and X (Twitter).
  • Draft engaging copy for posts, campaigns, and community interactions.
  • Coordinate with the design team to produce creatives and video content.
  • Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for campaigns.
  • Support outdoor promotions and digital events with social media coverage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong writing and communication skills in English (Malayalam is a bonus).
  • Very good knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
  • Creativity, quick thinking, and the ability to adapt content to different audiences.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Smart, proactive, and a team player.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, or BBA.
  • Prior internship, freelance, or hands-on experience in social media management is an added advantage.
