Job Description

The role involves spearheading comprehensive paid social media campaigns across diverse platforms to drive business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for paid social media campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Perform in-depth analysis and provide recommendations on budget allocation, device selection, and campaign optimization.
  • Drive improvements in app acquisition campaign performance and ensure accountability against monthly targets while guiding team members.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and creative ideas based on commercial KPIs, customer insights, and competitive analysis through ongoing test & learning.
  • Lead the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery and KPI achievement through cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams and provide guidance on executing local tactics.
  • Contribute to best practice guidelines and share digital expertise across teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Experience managing campaigns for at least 2 of the following channels (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter).
  • Strong app acquisition expertise and full-funnel marketing experience.
  • Leadership experience, including team management and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into actionable roadmaps.
  • Experience with incrementality test solutions and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify marketing opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
  • Capacity to initiate innovations and provide feedback.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulations, policies, and best practices in digital marketing.
