About the Role We are seeking a tech-forward trend-savvy Social Media Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of storytelling automation and community building This role is ideal for a creative strategist with a passion for emerging platforms and AI-powered content creation You will lead multi-platform campaigns harnessing cutting-edge tools and prompt engineering to drive engagement growth and brand affinity Key Responsibilities Platform Strategy Execution Develop and execute platform-specific strategies across TikTok Threads WhatsApp Channels Telegram Discord Instagram and LinkedIn Create dynamic content calendars tailored to each platform s audience and algorithm Monitor platform trends and algorithm updates to optimize reach and virality AI-Powered Content Creation Utilize tools such as Veo3 Kling Midjourney Canva and Meta AI to produce cinematic reels visual posts and interactive stories Apply prompt engineering techniques to generate high-impact visuals and compelling copy Collaborate with design and video teams to ensure brand consistency in aesthetics and tone Community Campaign Management Build and moderate engaged communities on Discord Telegram and WhatsApp Launch interactive campaigns polls and challenges to foster audience participation Respond to audience interactions with empathy professionalism and brand-aligned messaging Analytics Automation Use social media management platforms e g Meta AI Buffer Hootsuite for scheduling monitoring and reporting Implement basic automation workflows using tools like Zapier and Make to streamline operations Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations Requirements 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital content strategy Strong understanding of platform algorithms audience behavior and viral content mechanics Hands-on experience with AI tools Veo3 Kling Midjourney Canva Meta AI Familiarity with LLMs prompt engineering and generative content workflows Excellent communication skills in English proficiency in regional languages is a plus Fast learner with a growth mindset and adaptability to emerging technologies Basic knowledge of automation platforms and workflow optimization Why Join Us Be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation creativity and continuous learning You ll have the opportunity to shape brand narratives experiment with cutting-edge tools and build vibrant digital communities Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Kollam Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience Social media management 1 year Preferred Location Kollam Kerala Preferred Work Location In person
