Expert Gainsight Consultant
">We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation and optimization of our customer success strategy through Gainsight. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM and customer success platforms, with at least 2+ years of direct Gainsight experience.
">In this role, you will partner with global Professional Services and Operations teams to design, implement, and configure Gainsight solutions for internal and client-facing use cases. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and deliver high-impact solutions.
">The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Acting as the subject matter expert (SME) on Gainsight for our team.
- Owning the configuration, customization, and administration of Gainsight across multiple business units.
- Designing and implementing business processes, playbooks, and workflows in Gainsight to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborating with global PSO teams to deliver end-to-end Gainsight implementations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing integration of Gainsight with other enterprise systems.
- Partnering with Customer Success, Product, and Data teams to define KPIs, dashboards, and reports that deliver actionable insights.
- Working with business stakeholders to translate needs into Gainsight solutions, balancing technical feasibility and business outcomes.
- Ensuring best practices in data integrity, governance, and automation within Gainsight.
- Providing training, enablement, and documentation to end-users and stakeholders.
