Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Strategist to drive growth and retention by developing and executing customer success strategies.
- Critical Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive growth and retention
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points
- Analyze customer data and metrics to inform customer success strategies and optimize business outcomes
- Requirements Include:
- 5-7 years of experience in SaaS or software product company in a customer-facing role
- Previous experience working with enterprise customers
- Process-oriented and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for growth
- Passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client delight
- Result-oriented and has great attention to details
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
