  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for FTWZ facilities and services in Chennai.
  • Create and manage marketing materials to promote services.
  • Identify and connect with potential customers to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to facilitate sales and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to structure commercial offers that meet customer needs.
  • Plan and manage commercial activities and customer engagement strategies to achieve long-term business objectives.
  • Own and manage customer relationships, including setting up efficient customer service processes.
  • Ensure adherence to DP World's credit control and credit offering policies to minimize bad debts.
  • Provide in-depth market insights and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Implement customer management tools to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Own and provide monthly marketing reports to inform business strategy.
  • Support trade gathering and event planning activities.
  • Align with DP World's brand and communications policy.

Education Qualification:

A graduate with a master's degree in business management or a related field from a reputable institution.

Experience:

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial or sales functions in a FTWZ/SEZ/logistics/freight forwarding company or a supply chain management department of a major MNC.
