About This Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client communications, coordinating with recruitment teams, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.

Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support to clients, helping them navigate our recruitment processes and find the best talent for their organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Manage day-to-day client communications, including responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Recruitment Support: Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of candidate profiles, interview scheduling, and offer management.
  • Candidate Briefs: Prepare and update job descriptions and candidate briefs based on client input, highlighting key qualifications and skills required for each position.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm candidate interviews with clients, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
  • CRM Maintenance: Maintain and update CRM tools and recruitment databases, tracking client interactions and candidate status.
  • Reporting: Assist in creating client reports, presentations, and documentation, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain accuracy in high-pressure situations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools to manage client relationships and recruitment processes.
