About this role:
We are seeking a dedicated and data-driven professional to join our team as a Customer Success Associate. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing the overall customer experience by managing key performance indicators such as Sentiment Analytics, Engagement Scores, and Request Completion SLAs.
The successful candidate will conduct regular Business Reviews and Check-ins with customers to assess performance, review KPIs, understand customer needs, and align our solutions with their goals.
