Business Intelligence Lead

About the Role

This Business Intelligence Lead will spearhead customer and business analytics initiatives, developing actionable insights to drive strategic growth. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance data infrastructure, foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, and optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive business intelligence reports to inform promotional strategies, customer engagement, loyalty measurement, and advanced analytics adoption.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure customer lifecycle health, retention, and loyalty, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prioritize analytical projects, balancing immediate results with long-term strategic analyses.
  • Mentor and manage a team of analysts, guiding them in methodology, prioritization, and problem-solving.
  • Explore artificial intelligence/machine learning tools to improve customer segmentation, churn prediction, and self-serve analytics capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or customer intelligence, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong track record in building customer metrics (e.g., retention, repeat, churn, CLTV).
  • Hands-on expertise with analytics tools, dashboards, and SQL.
  • Experience in leading an analytics team or mentoring analysts.
