Data-Driven Growth Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Growth Data Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to driving data-driven growth initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with expertise in mobile attribution platforms, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive cohort analysis, calculating key growth metrics, building advanced attribution models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and identify growth opportunities.

• Conduct thorough cohort analysis using AppsFlyer data to track user acquisition, retention, and revenue performance across different user segments and acquisition channels.
• Monitor and calculate key growth metrics including Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Return on Investment (ROI), ROAS, payback periods, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
• Design and maintain advanced attribution models to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize budget allocation across channels.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines that process AppsFlyer raw data for analytical purposes.
• Develop complex SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets for growth insights.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards in Metabase to visualize key performance metrics and provide self-service analytics for stakeholders.
• Partner with client teams (marketing, product, finance) to optimize campaigns, identify growth features, and align analytics with business planning.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and benchmark performance.
• Develop predictive models to forecast user behavior, revenue projections, and campaign performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably in mobile app or SaaS environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis, with specific experience in Snowflake data warehousing.
• Advanced experience with Metabase for creating interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.
• Demonstrated experience with mobile attribution platforms, with specific expertise in AppsFlyer data analysis and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Deep understanding of mobile app growth metrics including LTV, CAC, ROAS, retention rates, and revenue attribution models.
• Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies, experimental design, and statistical significance testing.
• Experience working as a contractor or consultant, with ability to quickly integrate into client teams and deliver results.
