Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools. Analyze sales trends, market performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by collaborating with IT and data engineering teams. Manage large datasets from internal and external sources.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Market and Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide actionable intelligence.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities; experience with Python or R is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, including knowledge of pharma market data sources.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
