Job Title: Business Intelligence Lead

As a key member of our organization, you will lead the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to drive business growth.

With a strong background in computer science, statistics, or applied mathematics, and expertise in Python programming, you will be responsible for managing large datasets, developing predictive models, and optimizing machine learning algorithms.

Experience with natural language processing and deep learning is essential, as well as the ability to interpret complex research papers and architecture diagrams.

You will lead a team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists to deliver high-quality projects on time, ensuring data quality, carrying out exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and defining performance metrics.

A key aspect of this role is researching similar solutions, creating optimized data models, running relevant machine learning algorithms, and optimizing and validating these models to scale.

Additionally, you will develop light applications, simulators, and scenario builders to help business stakeholders consume end outputs, create test cases, and integrate and operationalize models in client ecosystems.

The successful candidate will document project artifacts, measure the impact of data science projects on business metrics, and provide insights to inform strategic business decisions.
