Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Journey Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM and lifecycle marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns across consumer tech or e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute CRM campaign calendars across categories to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Manage daily business-as-usual tasks and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
  • Design customer journeys across lifecycle touchpoints to optimize customer experiences
  • Work closely with creative, category, product, and analytics teams to align on strategic objectives
  • BUILD DASHBOARDS AND REPORTING CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE TO INFORM DATA-DRIVEN DECISIONS
  • Drive insights and learnings to improve future strategies and enhance customer value
  • Oversee vendor relationships for CRM platforms, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues and leveraging new feature rollouts
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in consumer tech or e-commerce
  • Strong grasp of segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping principles
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and A/B testing
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM and attribution tools – Clevertap, MoEngage, Branch, etc.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment
