Job Title: Project Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Project Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the Delivery Management practice, you will be responsible for implementing projects using best practices and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans that meet customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Manage project teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Maintain a good understanding of FICO products to converse with clients in a knowledgeable manner.
  • Built trusted client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Interpret commercial and contractual terms to manage projects according to agreed terms and conditions.
  • Support Country Services leaders and Sales teams on pre-sales activity and proposals.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 15 years of working experience.
  • At least 8 years of effective Project Manager experience.
  • Experience working in reputable Banks, System Integrators (SI), Product Companies, and/or Software Organisations.
  • Software implementation experience in Project Management/Technical Delivery Management.
  • Deliver end-2-end large/medium software projects using Waterfall & Agile Methodology.
  • Good understanding of Risk, Fraud, Originations, Customer Onboarding domains.
  • Experience delivering software solutions in Loan Originations, Fraud, Decisioning, Customer Management.
  • Experience delivering Cloud based implementations & On-Perm solutions.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certifications like Scrum Master, SAFe.
  • Willing to travel (20-30%).
