Customer Success Lead
operating from our
Noida
office, on a
one-year contract basis
, with the
potential to transition into a full-time role
based on performance and business needs. The individual will be responsible for product implementation of McGraw Hill's digital education solutions in India.
How are you creating an impact?
As a
Customer Success Lead
, you will be involved in introducing McGraw Hill's learning platforms in India, assisting with business development for digital solutions, and actively supporting customer education and engagement. Your role will span across pre-sales, onboarding, and post-sales phases to ensure customers clearly understand and receive the full value of our solutions.
What will you be doing?
- Serve as a power user and advocate of McGraw Hill's learning platforms, leading user onboarding, training, and engagement to drive renewals and upsell opportunities
- Adapt to changing markets, customer needs, and processes while ensuring smooth, value-driven customer engagement aligned with company ethics
- Lead pre-sales and post-sales efforts for McGraw Hill India's digital solutions across Higher Education and Test Prep segments. Collaborate closely with sales teams to deliver seamless onboarding, technical support, and customer success. Own digital subscription renewals, drive upsell opportunities, and use a consultative approach to address customer needs, supported by strategic forecasting and revenue reporting
- Oversee successful pre- and post-sales implementation of McGraw Hill's digital products across Higher Education and Test Prep segments, ensuring smooth deployment, high-quality user experience, and continuous engagement. Deliver platform demonstrations to educators, learners, and stakeholders in various formats, while continuously improving onboarding and account management processes to enhance customer satisfaction
- Be the SPOC at regional level for testing, validating and introducing new global digital platforms/ solutions- be the local champion for these, educate and train members of the India sales team on these solutions and drive GTM strategy for these solutions in the region
- Manage technical and non-technical queries within defined SLAs, ensure digital accounts are supplemented with First Day of Class (FDOC) access for faculty and students, and deliver excellent onboarding by educating users on key features to foster a successful learning experience
We are looking for someone:
- 5+ years of related experience, preferably in platform/software sales and deployment or education sales and delivery/ execution.
- Experience in creating and implementing digital strategy & roadmap for customers
- Consultative solutions selling across education, media and/or software or cloud-stack
- Great account management skills and ability to groom and convert leads into sales
- High proficiency levels with workplace tools and software applications like Office 365 and SFDC
