Job Title:

Domestic Partnerships Associate

This role involves developing and nurturing relationships with state tourism boards, attractions, and other key stakeholders across Central India.

  • Establish strong partnerships with domestic partners, including state tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Represent the organization in partner meetings, trade events, and roadshows across Central India.
  • Maintain accurate records of all partnership agreements, contracts, and proposals.

Key Responsibilities include:

Partnership Development
  • Meet or exceed annual sales and partnership targets.
  • Bulletproof a pipeline of new partnership opportunities for expansion in Central India.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and a regular meeting schedule with domestic partners.
  • Evaluate and resolve customer complaints and issues.
Meetings & Proposals
  • Present strategic proposals to potential partners and negotiate terms.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform partnership strategy.

Achieving Success (First 90 Days):

  • Secure partnerships and proposals from at least 2-3 key state tourism boards.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements aligned with annual targets.
