About Our Organization:

We're building India's first integrated ecosystem of lifestyle coaching, wellness certification, and community transformation through verticals like URJA Inside (gyms) and Public-Private Partnership initiatives with schools, law enforcement, and government tie-ups.

Role Overview:

This high-energy role involves coordinating with gyms, government departments, and law enforcement agencies to drive growth through partnerships, agreements, and effective follow-through. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaison with Government Agencies
  • Coordinate with state and central government departments, including police and law enforcement academies.
  • Support Public-Private Partnership initiatives with proposals, agreements, and follow-up.
  • URJA Inside (Gyms) Engagement
  • Engage with gyms and fitness partners to introduce URJA Inside programs.
  • Business Development Support
  • Set up meetings with stakeholders across gyms, government, corporates, and CSR partners.
  • Track proposals, agreements, and ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
