Job Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as an Application Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support for various applications, ensuring seamless system operation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve application issues, improving overall system performance.
  • Develop and implement knowledge base articles, user guides, and other documentation to facilitate application adoption and troubleshooting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance application support capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT application support, preferably with non-clinical systems like HVAC management, facilities work order management, key management, risk/feedback reporting, security incident reporting, class tracking, and membership management.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to learn new applications quickly.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer interaction skills, with the ability to gather requirements and conduct application testing/validation.
