Strategic Employee Relations Director

We are looking for a Strategic Employee Relations Director to head various Employee redressal programs as a team manager. The ideal candidate would have in-depth experience in driving Organizational Culture, Organizational Values, conducting workplace investigations in a global environment and promoting a Positive work environment through preventive and corrective interventions.

A postgraduate degree in management and exposure to the IT/ITES industry is preferred. Responsibilities involve Employee Engagement, Culture & Values, creating a positive work environment, Employee care programs including Health & wellness interventions and Emotional support mechanisms including counseling.

The role also involves exposure to Conflict resolution, Workplace grievance handling, Disciplinary investigations and Employee feedback mechanisms. As a front-facing profile, this role will involve interaction with local authorities on need basis, hence an understanding of local language would be an added advantage.

Based on the required skills and qualifications, we estimate the salary range for this position to be around ₹15 lakhs - ₹25 lakhs per annum.

  • Candidates with prior experience in Employee engagement, Employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance handling will be preferred
