We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Director who will play a critical role in streamlining and optimizing our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the company's dynamic food service sales efforts, developing and maintaining relationships with food service institutions at all levels.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers, driving conversations to inform them about new developments in our products.
  • Negotiate with clients, both verbally and in writing, ensuring effective communication.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the food industry, with a proven track record in operational management.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability.
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and willing to take on any tasks to support team efforts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge and experience in working with food, technology, and leveraging people.
