As a Service Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our service and sales teams. You will be responsible for coordinating service quotes and order processing, working closely with the internal Business Team to ensure timely delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the service team by coordinating service quotes and order processing.
- Work closely with the internal Business Team to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Validate and execute purchase requests as per established SOPs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update records on a daily basis.
- Update CRM systems with customer information and orders.
- Respond to incoming requests within defined TATs.
- Closely collaborate with the Service Team to ensure timely service schedules and provide logistical support.
- Deliver regular reports on performance metrics.
- Exhibit positive 'Customer First' behaviors to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills and adaptability.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with CRMs.
- Excellent customer orientation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Good public relations and collaborative relationship-building skills.
Education Requirement:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Industry Experience:
- Healthtech/medical equipment or start-up background is an added advantage.
