Trade Operations Specialist

As a Trade Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of trade services. Your primary responsibility will be to manage day-to-day process service delivery, serving as an internal and external escalation point for clients and team members.
You will also serve as a technical operational expert, providing guidance and support on queries related to trade operations. This includes monitoring and controlling workflows, spearheading process improvement initiatives, and ensuring closure of tasks within prescribed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
In addition, you will identify operational risks proactively and mitigate them appropriately. You will also offer guidance on individual and team challenges, effective multitasking, delegation, communication, and recruitment processes.
