About the Role

A Quantity Surveyor Civil is responsible for overseeing cost management associated with specialized systems within construction projects.

This entails cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration. The role demands close collaboration with project stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

  • Project scope analysis in line with design specifications.
  • Validation of technical specifications from the design team.
  • Optimization of specifications without deviation in client requirement delivery.
  • BOQ validation and backup workings.
  • Presentation of BOQs and solutions to management, obtaining approvals.
  • RA bill checking and final bills.
  • Amendment preparation.
  • Validation of budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrices.
  • Submission of various budget options considering alternative solutions to actual designs.
  • Exploration of new products and obtaining approvals.
  • Proposal of optimization options in budgets.
  • Meeting of budget requirements within given TAT without delays.
  • Preparation of reports on project cost analysis as per management.
