Job Title: Senior Cost Estimator

The role of a Senior Cost Estimator is pivotal in the successful delivery of projects within budget and on schedule. We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our cost estimation team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and maintain costing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform cost estimation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment and communication.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive cost databases and benchmarks.

Successful candidates will possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, strong leadership and team management abilities, as well as proficiency in cost management software and systems. They should also be able to negotiate and influence stakeholders effectively.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant certification in quantity surveying or cost management, such as MRICS or MCIOB.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost management, or a related field is highly desirable, accompanied by experience in leading and managing teams, cost estimation, analysis, and management, contract negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
