Responsibilities

- Costing Strategy Development

- Cost Management and Control
- Develop and implement cost management plans and budgets
- Monitor and control costs to ensure adherence to budgets

- Lead and manage the costing, quantity surveying, and estimation teams

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Relevant certification in quantity surveying or cost management, such as MRICS or MCIOB.
