PURPOSE OF POSITION:

To execute the day to day functions of the estimating departments. must have comprehensive knowledge of printing and book making processes, a basic understanding of cost accounting, good math skills, the ability to multitask, excellent communication skills, a sales aptitude, a strong attention to detail, and an interest in preventing errors and solving problems.

JOB/TASK FUNCTIONS:Day to day picking up the enquiries from system and prepare estimates within set TAT.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Skills

· years minimum experience in related printing field.

·      This position requires excellent math, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

·      Knowledge of book printing, pricing systems, markups, and job costing is necessary in both Sheetfed and Webfed offset plants. Exposure to digital printing an added advantage

·      Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

·      Ability to understand and follow established pricing procedures and guidelines.

·      Maintain a positive constructive attitude while working with outside sales, pricing personnel.
