Manager Estimation, Cost & Budget

Location: Mumbai (Kalina)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed project cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analyses for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ensure cost accuracy and adherence to project scope.
  • Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct value engineering and cost optimization exercises without compromising quality or timelines.
  • Evaluate contractor quotations, negotiate rates, and assist in finalizing work orders.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure cost control during all project stages.
  • Track project cost variations, budget deviations, and provide periodic MIS reports to management.
  • Support management in feasibility studies and project costing for new acquisitions and proposals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferably with a PG in Cost Management / Quantity Surveying).
  • 8–15 years of experience in Estimation, Costing, and Budgeting in a reputed Real Estate or Construction firm.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (Candy / CostX / BIM tools preferred).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Exposure to RERA, NBC, and IS code compliance preferred.
