The Opportunity

Role

In this role you will :

- Actively partner with clients, responding to their requests accurately and on time and s hould be able to take the responsibility of multiple packages in the projects.
- Create estimates and cost plans for CSA Packages for key client developments.
- Support team with estimation and reviewing the overall CSA scope of work .
- Express high proficiency in Cost X & d atebooks .
- Have experience manag ing l arge t eams .
- Proficient in Client interactions and focussing on Client relationship building ; a ttend the project kick-off calls.
- Express high proficiency in CSA packages and moderate knowledge of CSA works .
- Express basic knowledge of Procurement of global p rojects .
- Handle multiple projects and stakeholders from various time zones .
- Participate in drafting proposals to Clients.
- Contribute to developing good client relationships that support s the b usiness.
- Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value .
- Ability to have innovation and solution-oriented approaches.

We Would Love To Hear From You If You

- Have a minimum 1 2 years of experience in cost management especially global p re con s works , ideally from a consultancy background, on large scale construction projects ideally in data center projects and l ife s ciences project.
- A minimum of 4 years of past work experience required on Cost X (or Planswift / Cubicost / Candy / ZW CAD).
- Have experience and confidence to lead a team , build a team and develop trusted client relationships.
- Are chartered or are on the path to complete it. We can help.
- Are savvy in understanding the business model and pursuing market opportunities.
- Have a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or construction discipline.
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
- Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines.
- Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
